Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. 2 spoonfulsMustard
  3. 1 spoonfulmayonaise
  4. 1 spoonfulbutter substitute
  5. 1 1/2 spoonfulssalt
  6. Drizzle of olive oil
  7. 1 spoonfulgarlic powder
  8. 1 Spoonfulblack ground pepper
  9. Chorizo Fricassee
  10. 1 cupbeans
  11. 8 OzChorizo
  12. 1quarter onion
  13. 1small roman tomato
  14. CloveGarlic
  15. Olive Oil
  16. Rosemary
  17. Teaspoonsalt
  18. Teaspoonpepper

Cooking Instructions

    In one bowl, mix the butter, mayo, mustard, salt, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and a small drizzle of olive oil

  2. 2

    Cover the chicken and put into the oven for 2 hours, or 45 minutes in the air fryer if small quantity.

    Wait until chicken reaches appropriate temperature and juices run clear

  4. 4

    Heat pan and put olive oil

  5. 5

    Cut chorizo into small pieces and begin to fry

  6. 6

    While Chorizo is frying, dice onion and throw it in. Wait until Onion becomes clear

  7. 7

    Mince garlic, and throw inside chorizo pan

  8. 8

    Add beans without the broth, and rosemary, as well as some salt to the beans.

  9. 9

    Dice roman tomato into mixture and reduce (so it's not watery)

  10. 10

    Serve together and finish.
