Ingredients

25 mnts
munching spl
  1. 500 grmsbesan/ gram Flour
  2. 1/4 cupoil
  3. 1/4 cupwater or more
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsppapad khar (alkaline salt)
  6. Oil fr frying

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the gram Flour in a broad pan
    Take water,oil,salt and papad khar in a mixi jar and blend for 2 mnts to get fluffy.

    Now add that fluffy mixture into gram flour and bind it
    If needs more water,add 2-3 tblsp or as required to make soft dough as shown in a picture.

    Heat the oil in kadai,
    Grease the Ganthiya machine with oil.
    Add the soft dough in it,
    Cover it and start making Ganthiya in the hot oil.

    Turn the bunch after 2 mnts.
    When small bubbles stop in the oil remove the Ganthiya bunch.
    Let it cool,
    Break the bunch and fill it in the jar.
    Enjoy with tea or all alone..👌😋
