Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sieve the gram Flour in a broad pan
Take water,oil,salt and papad khar in a mixi jar and blend for 2 mnts to get fluffy. - 2
Now add that fluffy mixture into gram flour and bind it
If needs more water,add 2-3 tblsp or as required to make soft dough as shown in a picture. - 3
Heat the oil in kadai,
Grease the Ganthiya machine with oil.
Add the soft dough in it,
Cover it and start making Ganthiya in the hot oil. - 4
Turn the bunch after 2 mnts.
When small bubbles stop in the oil remove the Ganthiya bunch.
Let it cool,
Break the bunch and fill it in the jar.
Enjoy with tea or all alone..👌😋
