Ingredients

  1. 500 gmjamun
  2. 1/2 Tsprock salt
  3. 1/2 Tspdry ginger powder
  4. 1/2 Tsproasted cumin powder
  5. 2 Tbspsugar
  6. 1 Tbspchopped dry fruits
  7. As required water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the jamun fruits. Allow to dry. Chop the pulp part and discard the seeds.

    Keep the jamun skin part in the fridge for 2 hours to make Sherbat so that water at room temperature can be added.

    Add sugar as required and blend the jamun skin part. Mix the dry powder masala as mentioned above. Again blend adding water as required.

    Pour in glass. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
