Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower medium sized
  2. 1big aloo chopped
  3. 1/2teasp red chilli powder
  4. 1/4turmeric powder
  5. As neededsalt
  6. 1/4teasp garam masala or masala e magic
  7. 1/4teasp amchur masala
  8. 1/4 cuptomato chopped
  9. 1/4 cuponion chopped optional
  10. 1teasp coriander powder
  11. 2teasp oil
  12. 1/2teasp cumin seeds
  13. 1/4teasp minced ginger
  14. 1/4teasp minced garlic
  15. 1green chilli chopped
  16. As neededcoriander leaves and kasoori methi-optional

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dip cauliflower florets in warm water for a few minutes.

    Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add minced garlic and ginger. Saute.

    Add cauliflower florets, aloo, green chilli and tomato. Saute. Add all the spices. Mix.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on medium to low flame for a few minutes.

    Add a little water. Cover with the lid and cook for 1-2 whistles. Open when the steam is released.

  6. 6

    Add crushed kasoori methi (optional). Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. It's ready. Serve with roti/paratha.
