作り方

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).

Cream sugar, shortening, oil, flavor, and egg until fluffy.

Blend in flour and baking powder, mix well.

Spread evenly in an ungreased jelly-roll pan (38x25 cm).

Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar.

Bake 10-12 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes, and cut into cookies (48).
