Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsausage
  2. 2 stalkcelery
  3. 2large carrots
  4. 1onion
  5. 2 teaspoonbeef or chicken soup base or powdered bouillon
  6. 4 cupsbeef or chicken broth
  7. 4 clovesgarlic
  8. 1 teaspoonItalian Seasoning
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1/4cornstarch mixed with 1/4 water
  11. 3 cansevaporated milk
  12. 1 cupmilk
  13. 20 oz.Fresh tortellini- you can use as much as you want
  14. 1bad baby spinach

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Brown sausage. In crock pot mix carrots, celery, onion, soup base, Italian seasoning, garlic, sausage, salt, and broth. Cook on high for 3 hours.

  2. 2

    Mix in cornstarch mixture, evaporated milk, and tortellini. Cook on high for 45 minutes-1 hour.

  3. 3

    Add in spinach and milk and cook until spinach has wilted.
