Ingredients

  1. 1 pkgJohnsonville sausage (any kind you like)
  2. 1 pkgfrozen tortellini
  3. 1 blockcream cheese, cubed
  4. 1 boxvegetable broth
  5. 1small pkg baby spinach
  6. 1 canItalian style diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut sausage in pieces add to crock pot

  2. 2

    Add broth, tomatoes, tortellini and cream cheese to the crock pot. Cook on low for 4 1/2 hours

  3. 3

    Last 30 mins add the spinach.
