It's an excellent option in Summers on any given day. This ever popular drink is a must have in this Season of the King of Fruits when these are available aplenty. In this version, I have used Alphonso Mangoes, Amul Fresh Cream and chilled Milk to make this Mango Shake along with two special ingredients Sago Pearls and Chia Seeds for an excellent twist.

You can make this with any of your favourite Fruit as well. It will taste just as awesome and creamy. But still nothing can beat the King of Fruits. So it's absolutely a winner hands down.
Also the Season of sweet, juicy and luscious Mangoes is here, so I plan to use this opportunity as far as I can. Because we all know that the wait is going to be long until next Summer. So let's get going.

Happy Summers!

6 servings
  1. 1 litrefull fat Cow's Milk
  2. 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 3-4 tbspFresh Cream (optional)
  4. as neededIce-cubes
  5. 4-5 tbspChia Seeds

Cooking Instructions

No Cook Recipe
  1. 1

Add everything to a blender jar and blitz on a high until well incorporated into a smooth, creamy and a fluffy mango shake. Milk is already previously boiled and cooled. So I added it directly to the blender jar.

  2. 2

Meanwhile boil soaked sago for a few minutes until soft and translucent. Likewise soak chia seeds in a cup of water for about 30 minutes. After well soaked, these tend to become gelatinous after absorbing the water.
Use of ice-cubes depends on one's own choice. Likewise sugar also depends on your choice. If the mangoes are very sweet, avoid it totally for an all natural experience.

  3. 3

That's it. Enjoy this lip-smacking thick and creamy Alphonso Mango Shake with your loved ones, friends, neighbours, relatives and guests. Yum!

  4. 4

Serve this super yummy and delicious Shake with chia seeds and sago added for a super cool extravaganza. Enjoy!

An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well.
