Ingredients

  1. 4 cupscube diced yam
  2. 1/2cksp palm oil
  3. 3fresh habanero pepper
  4. 1onions
  5. 1 cupsmoked titus fish
  6. 1/2 cupcrayfish
  7. 1bouillion cube
  8. 1/2 cupdiced scent leave
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Per boil yam cook till it's soft with little water.

  2. 2

    In a mortar pound pepper, onions and crayfish and set aside.

  3. 3

    Add pounded ingredients (onions,  crayfish and pepper) after 3mins add smoked fish, bullion, salt and red oil, stir properly.

    Finally add scent leaf; stir and allow to heat for another min then turn off the heat.
