Ingredients

  1. 8eggs
  2. 8new baby potatoes
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  8. 2medium sized onions
  9. 6cherry tomatoes
  10. 6garlic cloves
  11. 1/2 inchginger chopped
  12. 4green chillies
  13. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  14. Salt per taste
  15. 2cloves
  16. 2green cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Boil eggs and potatoes for 10 mins

    Peel the shells and and make cuts, marinate with turmeric powder and salt

  3. 3

    Fry the eggs

    In a pan sautéed onions garlic tomatoes ginger chilli with pinch of salt

  5. 5

    Let it cool

  6. 6

    Transfer it in a mixer jar and make a paste

  7. 7

    Add Greek yogurt to the paste along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kasuri methi

    Blend it together

  9. 9

    Add cardamom, clove in a pan with oil

  10. 10

    Add in the prepared paste and sautéed

  11. 11

    Add 1/4 cups of water and sautéed

  12. 12

    Add egg and potatoes in the paste in tge pan

  13. 13

    When the oil separates add 1/2 cup hot water

  14. 14

    Once the water comes to boil add chopped coriander

  15. 15

    Let it rest for 10 mins

  16. 16

    Serve it with rice
