Ingredients

45 minutes + soaking & grinding time
8-10 people
  1. 1 cupgreen gram dal
  2. 1/2 cupyellow moong dal
  3. 1/4 cupchana dal
  4. 3-4dry red Kashmiri chilli
  5. 1 tbspcrushed coriander seeds & fennel seed
  6. 1/2 tspAsafoetida (hing)
  7. 1 tspred chili powder
  8. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  9. 4green chili & little ginger 🫚 chopped
  10. 1 bunchchopped spring onions
  11. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  12. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes + soaking & grinding time

    Soak all 3 daal @ night with dry red Kashmiri chili; Morning wash all daal very nicely with running water

    Grind in mixer with chili don’t grind in fine past grind little coarsely so when you eat crunchynessis there in pakoda

    Mein put all spices, green chili & ginger 🫚 mix it well correct the seasoning ;add chopped spring onions & coriander leaves mix it well

    Heat oil in a kadai when oil heat nicely add small pakoda & cook on medium flame 🔥 till golden color

  5. 5

    You can see in pic ; remove pakoda on kitchen towel

    Serve hot pakoda in serving plate with green coriander & mint chutney / tomato ketchup
