Rice In Coconut Milk

My absolute favorite, creamy coconut rice made with four simple ingredients for the best side dish! This easy coconut rice recipe is ready in just under 30 minutes and is delicious paired with your favorite meals like any curries.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak the rice in the water for 10 minutes.
Brake the coconut.
Cut it in a small piece and crush it.
Make coconut milk. - 2
Add Ghee in a pan.
Add Cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks and cardamom.
Then add coconut milk and salt.
Mix well.
Let the milk boil. - 3
Now add soaked rice and stir it.
Cover the pan and let the rice cook on a slow flame.
When rice is done, switch off the flame and let it simmer for five minutes. - 4
Transfer the rice in a serving dish. sprinkle some coriander and serve..
