  1. 150 gramsmoong dal
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2-4green chillies
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspn haldi
  7. Pinchsoda
  8. 1tspn rai
  9. Oil
  10. curry leaves
  11. Grated carrot

    Wash and soak moong dal overnight.

    Now add in mixer jar add moong dal,Green chilli,Ginger,curry leaves and curd and make a smooth paste.

    Add Grated carrot.In tadka pan add oil,rai,curry leaves and haldi.

    Mix everything properly add salt and soda mix.

    Grease idli stand put batter in it and steam it.serve hot
