Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1 packetEno optional
  4. 1Carrot
  5. 1Capsicum
  6. 1Onion
  7. 1/2 tspRai
  8. fewCurry
  9. some Green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal for 4-5 hours.

    Grind into a smooth batter. Now add salt and keep it for 6-7 hours for fermentation. Or if u want to use it quick just add eno in it. Mix well and make idlis from this batter.

    Now take kadhai. Add oil to it.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped onions, capsicum and carrot to it. Add salt in it. Mix.

  5. 5

    Add rai, curry leaves in it. Now add slit green chillies and saute it.

  6. 6

    Cut idlis in 4 pieces and add in the kadhai just mix and serve.
