  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 3 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 tsprai
  4. 10curry leaves
  5. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  7. 1 cupsmall diced aloo
  8. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tsplemon juice
  11. 1/2 cupchopped dhania patta
  12. For Garnishing..
  13. 1 tbsppomegranate pearls
  14. 2 tbspchopped onion
  15. 2 tbsproasted peanuts
  16. 2 tbspbhujia

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha, strain it, do not keep in water, keep aside.

    Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes rai, let it splutter.

  3. 3

    Now add green chilli & curry leaves, saute it for 30 sec.

    Add in onion, stir fry it until light brown

  5. 5

    In goes aloo & salt, mix it well.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle very lil water, mix it well, cook it covered on low flame until aloo is completely cooked. Open the lid, add haldi powder & sugar (optional) mix it well. Now add poha, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

    Sprinkle lil water, cover it with the lid, cook it on low flame for 3 minutes.

    Open the lid, add lemon juice & dhania patta, mix it well.

  9. 9

    Turn off the flame, take out in a serving dish or bowl, garnish it with the given ingredients...
