  1. 50 gmsmoong dal
  2. 1 cupdrumstick leaves
  3. 2 tbspfenugreek seeds
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. Half tsp sugar
  7. Pinchhing
  8. Pinch of turmeric powder
  9. 1 tspjeera
  10. 2whole red chillies
  11. 2whole red chillies
  12. 3 tbspchopped onion
  13. 5 podspounded garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Separate the leaves from it's stem.boil along with moong dal and two green chillies.soak fenugreek seeds for 5 hours

    Take oil add,hing,cumin seeds, red chillies, garlic, and 1tsp soaked fenugreek seeds,turmeric powder and onion.

    After 3 mints add boiled dal, drumstick leaves,salt and sugar.

  4. 4

    Give a perfect mix and cook for 5 mints. Serve with rice or roti.
