Ingredients

40 minutes
one bowl
  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 100 gramkhoya
  3. 8-10almonds
  4. 8-10cashews
  5. 8-10pistachio
  6. 5-6 tablespoonsugar or mishri
  7. 5-6 stickssaffron
  8. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  9. 3-4cardamom

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First of all take milk and boil it while boiling add saffron sticks in it. When milk is half then put flame low.Simultaneously take mixer jar and add sugar or mishri, cardamom, almonds cashews and pistachios. Grind it

    When milk is boiling add this grinded powder in it

    Mix it well now take khoya and add half cup of milk and dissolve khoya in it. Now add this dissolved khoya in milk and again mix it well. See the consistency of rabdi when it is thicken add pinch of nutmeg powder. Which gives nice taste and Aroma to our rabdi

    Switch off the gas and make it cool while serving add some chopped dry fruits.
