Ingredients

30mins - 1hr
4-6 servings
  1. 8skinless chicken thighs on the bone (it’s fine to use boneless thighs, especially if serving in wraps and salads)
  2. 50 mlplain yoghurt
  3. Food Sorcery spice mix (1 tablespoon each of dried mint, ground ginger, smoked paprika)
  4. Zest and juice of ½ lemon

Cooking Instructions

30mins - 1hr
  1. 1

Put all the ingredients, including the chicken, into a zip lock bag or freezer bag

  2. 2

Shake the bag until all the chicken pieces are coated

  3. 3

Pop into a fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. TIP: the longer you marinade, the better it tastes.

  4. 4

Remove the chicken pieces and place on parchment paper lined tray

  5. 5

In a preheated oven, cook the chicken at 200 degrees for 15 minutes and then turn them and cook for a further 10 minutes. Check largest piece is cooked through and return to the oven if necessary.

  6. 6

Take from the oven and serve with salad, dips and flat bread
