Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsboiled corn
  2. 250 gramsboiled beans
  3. 1tablespoonful of cooking oil
  4. 1teaspoonful salt
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1onion

Cooking Instructions

    For this dish first boil the mixed corn and beans in a pot for about two hours, goal is to make sure it's tender.

    Prepare the tomatoes and onions by chopping to small pieces.

  3. 3

    Once the Githeri is boiled and is soft start the frying process

  4. 4

    Add cooking oil to the pan, heat for a minute then add the onions to brown them

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes to the pan heat while stirring to get a smooth paste.

  6. 6

    Add the Githeri to the paste and mix thoroughly to distribute the paste equally

  7. 7

    Leave for around 5 minutes for proper cooking.

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy the meal
