Ingredients

  1. 1 poundground meat
  2. 1 poundground pork
  3. 24 ozbottle of chicken broth
  4. half32 oz beef broth
  5. Bell pepper
  6. 2 clovesminced garlic
  7. 1medium onion
  8. Green onion
  9. celery (optional)
  10. paprika (optional)
  11. 1 dashchili powder (for spice)
  12. 2 cupswhite rice

Cooking Instructions

    Brown ground pork and beef, season to taste. Drain.

    Add chopped veggies (onion, bellpepper, green onion) to soften last few minutes of browning meats, and add minced garlic.

    Add half of beef broth, whole bottle of chicken broth, drained meats, rice, paprika, and chili powder to a medium/large pot. Bring to a boil. After it starts to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until liquid is gone.

    This step is optional. You can add to a pan and put the dirty rice in the oven on 350 for 10-15 min for darker dirty rice.
