Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonsteriyaki sauce
  2. 1large Chicken breast
  3. 1large sweet onion chopped
  4. 3carrots cleaned and chopped
  5. 3potatoes cleaned peeled and chopped
  6. 3 clovesGarlic
  7. Dashsea salt
  8. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    Oil a baking dish

  3. 3

    Place chicken and vegetables in the dish

  4. 4

    Cover with foil, cook for 40 minutes on 400 degrees covered, uncover the last 20 to 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Or until Chicken is done
