Cooking Instructions

Add two cups of water in a cooking pot and boil then add a pinch of salt and 3 TBS salt. Add the rice, peas and carrots.

Put to cook for 25mins or till cooked.

Stir Fry the onions then add tomatoes. After a few mins add sossi and stir.

Add coriander leaves and salt then little water for soup.

Let it stew for 10 mins and serve hot
