Ingredients

  1. 2 lbwhite fish
  2. 1 TSmoked paprika
  3. 1 TCumin
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. 1/2 TDried cilantro
  7. 1Avocado
  8. 1Tomato
  9. 1/2Red onion
  10. 1Lime
  11. 1Jalepeno
  12. bunchcilantro
  13. Shredded cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the spices together (smoked paprika, cumin, dried cilantro, salt and pepper), and apply liberally to the fish

  2. 2

    Make the salsa...chop up the veggies and put them in a bowl squeeze a lime on top and season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Heat a pan on med high with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and fry the fish

  4. 4

    Warm the corn tortillas, place the shredded cabbage down, top with the fish and then the pico di gayo
