Cooking Instructions

Mix the spices together (smoked paprika, cumin, dried cilantro, salt and pepper), and apply liberally to the fish

Make the salsa...chop up the veggies and put them in a bowl squeeze a lime on top and season with salt and pepper

Heat a pan on med high with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and fry the fish
- 4
Warm the corn tortillas, place the shredded cabbage down, top with the fish and then the pico di gayo

California has a wide variety of Hispanic restaurants So living here all my life I have tried quite a few. Fish tacos are always one of my favorites. Fish tacos can be found from food trucks to expensive restaurants. We like ours made with salmon which probably is more of a gringo version. Authentic would use a firm white flesh fish.This recipe is for 15 tacos. 3 tacos a person. Andy Randazzo -

This is a reproduction of the delicious fish tacos that I ate in San Diego.Some of the ingredients may be hard to find in Japan, but you can try going to import shops like Kaldi, Kinokuniya, or Seijo-Ishii, where you can easily find them.Replace the cilantro with other herbs if you like.
