Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 lbsshrimp head on
  2. 3 tbspCajun seasoning
  3. 3 tbsppaprika
  4. 2 tbsporegano
  5. 2 tbspcayenne pepper
  6. 2 tbspchili powder
  7. 2 tbsplemon pepper
  8. 3 tbspLouisiana hot sauce
  9. 3 tbspsugar
  10. 4 headsgarlic minced
  11. 4 sticksunsalted butter
  12. 4 tbspold bay seasoning
  13. 1/2 cupgarlic powder
  14. 1-2 cupslime or lemon juice (adjust to your own taste by using less first. My family likes it this way so that is how I cook it)
  15. 4 halfeats corn on a cob

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except shrimp and corn in a pot

  2. 2

    Simmer until all ingredients are mixed in tasting constantly to your liking

  3. 3

    Add shrimp stirring constantly to ensure shrimp cooks thoroughly. Don't over cook shrimp

  4. 4

    Once shrimp turns pinkish add corn and cook for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Turn off fire and cover for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy!

    For sauce you may use lime juice, pepper and salt or ketchup, mayo and lemon pepper seasoning

Why every time i cook this though i followed every step, the sauce still looks dry
