Ingredients

25 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 1 bowlsuji/semolina
  2. 2chopped onion
  3. 1chopped potato
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 2-3 tspchopped green coriander
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  8. 1 tspurad daal
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 2 tsplemon juice
  11. as neededoil
  12. 1sping curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1-2 tsp oil in a pan and roast the semolina till light change in colour and keep aside.

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.

    When mustard seeds crackle,add urad daal,curry leaves and green chilli and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

    Add onion and saute till the golden.

    Now add roasted semolina/suji,4 cup water and salt,black pepper and mix well.cover the lid and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

    Add lemon juice and mix well.

    Trasfer into a serving plate and garnish with green coriander.
