Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 375°F
- 2
lightly coat a 11x7 baking dish with non- stick cooking spray.

put potatoes in single layer in the prepared dish and top with the onions.

ins a small bowl combine melted butter ,honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
- 5
drizzle mixture in bowl over the potatoes and onions.

bake uncovered for 35 min. or until tender, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
