Ingredients

  1. 1pack mifun noodles
  2. 2boiled chicken breast.
  3. 2 cupchicken broth
  4. 1/4cabbage
  5. 1onion
  6. 3 clovegarlic
  7. 1/3 cupscallions
  8. 1carrot shaved
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 3/4 cupdiced celery
  11. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  12. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to pot and saute onions and garlic till translucent.

    Add shredded chicken breast and all veggies and chicken stock and cook on high heat covered for 15 to 20 minutes or untill cabbage is limp.

    Soak noodles in water for 10 min.

    Add noodles and soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes...take two forks and separate noodes so the dont lump.add salt and pepper to taste
