Ingredients

  1. 500 gliver
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1carrot
  5. leavesCoriander
  6. 2 clovesgarlic
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 1capsicum
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. 1beef knorr
  11. 1 tsproyco

Cooking Instructions

    Add the already chopped liver in a cooking pot and add salt and 1 cup of water

  2. 2

    Let it cook for 20 mins till water is diminished.

    Add the garlic, onion and cooking oil to the liver and let fry till well mixed

  4. 4

    Add the chopped capsicum, then tomatoes and carrots. Stir

  5. 5

    Add half cup of water to make soup. After a few minutes add the coriander leaves, royco and knorr beef.

  6. 6

    Let it simmer for 10 mins and cool.

  7. 7

    Serve with Ugali
