Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cuplow sodium soy sauce
  2. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  3. 1/4 cupOrange juice
  4. 4chopped scallions
  5. 1 tbspground Ginger
  6. 1 tbsp5 spice Powder(chinese)
  7. 1 tbspOnion powder
  8. 4 (3 OZ)Salmon Fillets

Cooking Instructions

    Combine and Mix first seven ingredients

    Place marinade in freezer bag and add salmon.

  3. 3

    Marinade at least an hour (flesh side down)

  4. 4

    Save some marinade

  5. 5

    Set oven to Broil

  6. 6

    Place fish in a baking pan (single layer)

  7. 7

    Cook flesh side down for 8mins (under Broiler)

  8. 8

    Flip and coat salmon with marinade, cook for 8 mins.
