Ingredients

  1. For kachori
  2. 2 cupmaida
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1 cupmoong dal boiled
  7. 2 cuppeas boiled
  8. 2 tspGinger chilli paste
  9. 1/2 cuponion chopped
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 cupgreated coconut
  13. 1lemon lime juice
  14. 1 tspsugar
  15. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    For dough....make a tight dough by using water

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion,saute for one minute

  3. 3

    Add ginger chilli paste

  4. 4

    Add moong dal, green peas crushed

  5. 5

    Cook for a minute.close the gas.

    Now add coconut, coriander leaves

  7. 7

    Add salt,garam masala,lime juice and sugar mix it well

  8. 8

    Roll a small roti make a kachori.

  9. 9

    Put some stuffing in the center

  10. 10

    Shape it like a potlis

  11. 11

    Deep fry till golden brown

  12. 12

    Serve hot with imli chutney
