Ingredients

  1. 250 grmBesan
  2. 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  3. pinchTurmeric powder
  4. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 cupButtermilk
  7. as neededWater
  8. Stuffing :
  9. 3 spoonChopped onion
  10. 3 spoonChopped coriander
  11. 3 spoonChopped carrot
  12. 3 spoonChopped tomato
  13. 3 spoonChopped cabbage
  14. 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  15. 1 spoonChat masala
  16. 1/2 tspJeera powder (cumin powder)
  17. 1/2 tspPizza masala
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. 1/2 cupTomato sauce
  20. as neededOil for shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add besan red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt and mix

    Then add buttermilk and water and make batter and keep aside

    Take a bowl and chopped onion coriander carrot tomato and cabbage and mix very well

  4. 4

    Then add red chilli powder chat masala jeera powder pizza masala and salt to taste and mix very well a make stuffing

    Then take a nonstick tawa a apply pinch oil and spread batter and make chilla

  6. 6

    Then ready make chilla and apply to tomato sauce on chilla and apply mixing all veg's and roll it

  7. 7

    Again take a pan and apply oil and shellow fry stuffed chilla both side slowly

  8. 8

    Then serve chilla with ketchup or chutney

  9. 9

    Enjoy and kids healthy stuffed besan chilla with new twist
