I came back from summer holiday craving goat meat egusi soup for some weird reason; after all the junk I ate moving from one country to another this was a deserved plate.
Cooking Instructions

Steam goat meat and spice with little salt, knorr cube and pepper while steaming add your stock fish after washing it with hot water and allow it parboil till goat meat is tender and set aside

In a different pot, heat up palm oil, add onions, pepper, and (dissolve your already blended egusi in water) add blended egusi and stir allow it fry for about 5 minutes then add remaining knorr cube and salt if necessary

Add the goat meat stock and goat meat and allow it simmer for 10minutes finally stir in uGu leaf vegetables and turn off heat after 2minutes

I made poundo yam and I ate to my satisfaction.
