Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated gobhi
  2. 1/2 tspdry pomegranate seeds
  3. 1 pinchhing
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tspgrated ginger
  6. 2 tspchopped green coriander
  7. 1 tspchat masala
  8. 1 tspblack salt
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Ghee as required
  11. 1 cupwheat flour
  12. 1 tspoil
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add wheat flour,salt and oil in a mixing bowl.add enough water and make a dough.

  2. 2

    Rest for 1/2 hour.

  3. 3

    For stuffing: add grated Gobhi,ginger,green coriander, green chilli,chat masala,black salt,dry pomegranate seeds,hing and salt,mix well.

    Roll a roti with the dough,and fill the stuffing.

  5. 5

    And now roll the paratha.

  6. 6

    Heat a tawa,greased the ghee put the paratha on tawa spread ghee on both side.

  7. 7

    Shallow fry from both side till the golden brown.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with curd.
