Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cupgood strong black coffee
  2. 1ice cube
  3. 2 scoopsbest vanilla icecream
  4. 1 tbspcoffee liqueur (optional)
  5. 1good squirt of cream from can
  6. 1large glass
  7. 2straws
  8. 1 tspfor eating icecream and cream
  9. 1 pinchgenerous, of fresh cracked or ground cardamom

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put icecube into large glass,make the coffee, chill to between hot and lukewarm.Pour over the icecube,about 3/4 full.Add the icecream the liqieur if using and top with the cream,sprinkle with cardamom.Add the straws and a spoon and enjoy.

    If you don't want to use cream from can, use whipped cream to decorate top in a pretty fashion
