Ingredients

  1. dough...
  2. 2 1/2 cupAP flour
  3. 180 gramsplain yugort
  4. 1 tbspyeast
  5. 1 tbspbaking powder
  6. 1/4 cupoil
  7. 1/2 cupsour cream
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 3 tbspwhite sugar
  10. cream....
  11. 200 gramscream cheese
  12. 5 mlmilk
  13. 1/2 cupcondense milk
  14. 2 tbspicing sugar
  15. filling....
  16. 1 cupbrown sugar
  17. 2 tbspcinnamon powder
  18. 50 gramsmelter butter
  19. syrup...
  20. 1hersheys chocolate syrup for drizzle

Cooking Instructions

    in a mixer bowl combine all the dry ing.

    at low speed gradually add the oil sour cream and yogurt.beat untill well blend.

  3. 3

    remove dough transfer it in another glass bowl cover with cling wrap leave for about an hour or untill double in bulk.

    preaheat oven 350°F

    grease the pan.

    on a lightly floured surface using rolling pin roll the dough form like rectangular shape.

    the filling brush the melted butter to the dough sprinkle brown sugar and cinammon powder.

    roll lightly from longside.cut into 1 inch slices

    place 1 roll into the center of your grease pan followed the remaining roll around it.

    bake for 30 min or untill golden brown.

    let it cool in room temparature...

    cream....using cake mixer beat all the ing until smooth.you can do cream ahead.spread on the top and drizzled chocolate syrup.

    if you prefer eat it warm its ok.done cooking enjoy :)

ive never worked with yeast before and these came out just amazing. perfect actually. followed the recipie and used the active dry yeast packets, you know? and perfect... vuala ;-)
