Ingredients

15 balls
  1. 1 cupLeftover rice
  2. 1/2 cupLeftover chhole
  3. 1/2 cupBoiled potatoes or any leftover vegetables
  4. 1/2 cupBesan
  5. 1Onion chopped
  6. 2Green chilies - finely chopped
  7. leavesCoriander
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil for greasing appe

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a dish.

  2. 2

    Mash all with masher or hands.

  3. 3

    Apply oil on your palm. Make balls.

  4. 4

    Heat appe pan on medium flame. Drizzle oil in each section. Place balls in it one by one. Cook it on slow to medium flame until golden brown on both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with green chutney & tomato sauce.
