Ingredients

  1. 8potatoes
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1 canchicken broth
  4. 1 stickbutter
  5. 2 cupmilk
  6. 3 tbspflour
  7. 8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1real bacon pieces
  9. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

    Combine potatoes, water, salt and pepper, chicken broth and butter. Boil until potatoes are just tender with a fork.

    In a separate bowl, mix milk and flour until smooth. Pour into soup. Let simmer for a few minutes.

    Add cheese and bacon. Let simmer another few minutes. Then enjoy!
