A super easy, tasty and healthy recipe that requires minimum preparation time and no special cooking skills at all.

I made my standard sweet potato treats using sugar-free sweetener.-You've got to pass it through a strainer!! This really makes a difference to the texture!!-If the fiber of the sweet potatoes get stuck in the strainer, rinse it once to use again.-Make sure to evaporate the moisture well after adding milk into the sweet potatoes!! This is always a staple at our Thanksgiving table. You can either top it with mini marshmallows or a crunchy pecan struesel...we usually cut the struesel recipe in half and do half the casserole with the struesel and half with the marshmallows. This can also be made ahead of time (minus the topping)...see step 5 to see those instructions.
