The Incredible Edible Poached Egg

Eggs are a favorite meal. Poaching can seem scary. But it's really easy. A lot of poach recipes call for added white vinegar. I don't always have it and I don't feel it is absolutely necessary. I'm watching my caloric intake. Eggs are an incredible source of protein and yummy but other than boiling, can lead to extra calories cooking them with fats. These are creamy and dreamy with no added calories. I pair them with a good 18 grain toasted dry bread. A delicious, light meal.

For topping your meal.Step 1: If you don't bring the water to a full rolling boil, the temperature won't be high enough and it won't work. You can probably make 3-4 eggs at the same time. But if you put in too many, the temperature of the water will drop too much and it will be only half done. Recipe by kyonmi cookpad.japan -
