Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Put pasta on to boil (about 10 minutes)

Melt butter then add flour and mix to create a blonde roux
- 4
Add milk to roux and constantly stir until milk becomes thick and bring to boil to create a bechamel
- 5
Remove bechamel from heat and add cheese. Stir until completely melted. Add salt and pepper to taste

Strain pasta and add to cheese sauce and stir then pour into 8X8 pan

Bake for 30 minutes if desired and serve
