Ingredients

  1. 250 gall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1 pinchyellow food colour
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1/2 bowlcurd half
  6. lukewarm milk....as per need
  7. oil for fry
  8. 2 bowlSugar
  9. 1 bowlwater
  10. 2 tspcardmom
  11. 10-15rose petals

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all purpose flour..baking powder..colour..ghee..curd..mix with finger tips

    Add milk...gather with hands...do not knead..only asseme with light hands

    Keep aside for 20 minutes

    Now heat oil...after 20 min......take a ball...round lightly..not necessary pure round shape...make a dump with thumb....

    Now place in oil...oil should not be so hot...flame should on low flame

    When balls start floating on oil.....flame on medium...fry till crisp

  7. 7

    Make 1 syring sugat syrup...add cardmom powder....put all balushahi in sugar syrup....soak for 1 hour....garnish with rose petals...serve
