Cooking Instructions

Soak rice and dal separately for 4 hours

Grind the rice and dal separately adding some water.

Grind to a fine paste.

Mix rice and dal together.

Add some water and salt.

Keep overnight for fermentation.

In the morning mix the batter with a ladle and add some water if required.

Heat a tava.

Add a spoon full of batter and spread evenly making round shape.

Apply some oil on sides of the dosa.

You can also flip it and cook if you wish.

Cook till crisp

Serve with a chutney of your choice
