Cooking Instructions

Soak both the dal for 4-5 hours Wash them and grind them in fine paste Add salt in it

Heat oil and make small balls like of this dal paste and fry on medium flame till golden brown in colour

Whip sugar and curd till smooth

Soak the prepared dal balls in warm water added with asafoetida till the balls are soft Take them out of water and squeeze the excess water

Now transfer these balls in whip curd and let them rest for 15-20 minutes

Take them out in serving howl and place them with curd Now spread all the dry masala according to taste
