Cooking Instructions

Take warm milk and add vinegar in it and keep it aside. After 10-15 mins you will see crumbs in milk. Now just take malmal cloth and pour this mixture in it. Now hang this on higher place and keep it as it is.

After 3 hours, make small balls of it and gently press it. Give it a fish shape.

Now boil water and add sugar, saffron syrup and milk masala in it. And bring it to boil

Now add small paneer balls in it and let it boil till balls floats on top.

Now cool it down and take it out of syrup. Garnish it with mawa or fresh paneer amd serve it.
