Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbchicken breasts, pounded to 3/8" thickness
  2. 1/2 tsplemon pepper seasoning
  3. 1/2 tspdried thyme
  4. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 cupwhite wine
  6. 1/2 cupchicken broth

Cooking Instructions

    Spray non stick pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium high.

    Season one side of chicken with half of the garlic, thyme, and lemon pepper.

    Place seasoning-side down in hot pan.

  4. 4

    sprinkle remaining seasoning on the other side of the chicken.

    Cook until golden. Flip and cook until golden, but not quite cooked through.

  6. 6

    Add wine and broth. Bring to a light boil, scraping pan. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

I used dark meat chicken and doubled the wine and used a ton of white pepper! and lots of cilantro too!
