  1. For katori
  2. 1/2 cupAll purpose flour -
  3. 1/2 cupSemolina/suji -
  4. 1/4 cupBaking powder -

  8. For chat
  9. 1Boiled and chopped potatoes -
  10. 1/2 bowlBoiled chickpea -
  11. 1/2 cupSweet curd -
  12. to tasteSalt -
  13. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  14. 1/2 tspChat masala -
  15. 1/2 cupSweet tamarind chutney -
  16. 2 tbspGreen chutney -
  17. 2 tbspSev -
  18. 2 tbspPomegranate seeds -

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,semolina,baking powder,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.

    With the help of water make a dough.

    Make small balls.

  4. 4

    Grease the bowl and stick the dough around it and prick it.

    Heat enough oil in a pan.

  6. 6

    Place the katori in the hot oil.

  7. 7

    Fry the dough shape katori and pull out the katori.

  8. 8

    Fry the dough shape katori golden and crispy on medium flame.

  9. 9

    Place the fried katori on the plate.

    Add boiled chickpea,boiled and chopped potato.

    Add sweet curd,sweet tamarind chutney,green chutney.

    Sprinkle red chilli powder,salt,black salt andchat masala

  13. 13

    Garnish with sev and an ardana/pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
