Baked two loaves in order to give one to my grandma. My 3 kids ate both loaves in less than 48 hours.

I added dried strawberries to my usual strawberry dough, and created a white bread roll inspired by the novel "Heidi."The recipe calls for 150 g of strawberries but some stick to the mixer so the final amount is more like 145 g.The dried strawberries will be smashed if you add them in the automatic function of the bread maker. This gives the bread a strawberry taste throughout, if you prefer to retain the shape of the strawberries: mix in after removing the dough from the bread maker (like I do). Recipe by La Land

This is the best bread for breakfast so far, the texture is so moist, and has a milky taste too. I think I should replace the picture someday to make it looks more interesting 😅.
