Cooking Instructions

Smother rub on pork shoulder. Place Pork shoulder in crockpot. Shower pork with honey and rosemary. Fill crockpot with water and vinegar. Add enough water to level off top.

Cook on 8-10 hour setting. After about 4 hours, pour in BBQ sauce and continue cooking until pork is loosened.

In crock pot, use forks to pull and shred pork.

Place pork on bread and enjoy.
