  7. Chili sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the Omena, deep fry them first then remove from oil.

  2. 2

    Add onions to the Omena with capsicum.

  3. 3

    Add nyanya then add salt. Stir thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Cook for ten minutes while stirring.

  5. 5

    Serve with kienyeji and brown Ugali

  6. 6

    Add the chili sauce while eating
