Ingredients

  1. 1onion, thinly sliced
  2. 1 tbsp100% pure olive oil
  3. 4zucchini, sliced
  4. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  6. 1/4to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/8to 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a large saute pan, heat the oil over high heat.

    Saute the onions until they begin to soften.

  3. 3

    Add the garlic, saute for one minute.

  4. 4

    Add the sliced zucchini.

  5. 5

    Cooked covered, until the zucchini is crisp and tender.

  6. 6

    Season with salt and pepper.

  7. 7

    Toss with parmesan cheese.
